We’re Here For You

Why Choose Mediation?

  • Family

Let us get in the middle. Mediation offers an opportunity for families to work through conflict with open, honest, and meaningful conversation to create long-lasting resolutions and plans for the future.

  • Ease

Mediation is a streamlined process that brings parties to the table to discuss not just where they are but where they want to be.

  • Time

We understand that your time is important. Mediation is a quicker, less time consuming process than attempting to settle a dispute through the court system.

  • Money

Mediation is a less expensive option than litigation. Investing a little now can save thousands in the future.

When is the right time for mediation?

McGill Mediation will work with you, wherever you’re at in the process. We’ll take care of everything either before, during, or after litigation, in a peaceful manner.

Before

Mediation is beneficial before a court case has been filed or before the true conflict has come to be. We offer mediation services to assist families in communicating their concerns, fears, and thoughts on “hot button topics.” If decisions can be made now with understanding, thought and intention, hostilities and hurt feelings can be avoided in the future.

During

Mediation offers those in conflict assistance in communicating and finding resolution. McGill Mediation offers high conflict mediation for those who are unable to work together in the same physical space, have a history of abuse, or a large power imbalance.

After

Sometimes after agreements have been made, mediation helps parties make tweaks to their agreements or address new situations.
