Find Your Missing Peace

Mediation

McGill Mediation assists participants who are in a legal dispute to find peace and resolution. Mediation is a structured, interactive process wherein your McGill Law Mediator, a neutral third-party professional, assists the disputing parties to resolve their conflict through the use of specialized communication and negotiation techniques. Our goal is to help the participants work through the conflict to a peaceful solution.

A Peaceful Path

The root of conflict is often emotions and feelings that go well beyond the issues at hand. These emotions tend to boil over into any legal process and become barriers to participants’ communication and understanding. McGill Mediation helps participants listen and empathize with each other so that there can be more understanding, growth, and acceptance.

“McGill Mediation became the middlewoman in our family differences, giving us a cushion to focus on the most important matters at hand.”
